2010 Specialized Demo 8 frame

Selling for a friend. Specialized Demo 8 frame, size small.

I'm told it's a prototype frame from 2009 for the 2010 frame, so more modern geometry. Despite being a bit old, these are great frames with excellent geometry and amazing suspension platform. The FSR platform has barely changed in years. Get yourself a great performing frame on the cheap!

It comes with 1,1/8" headset straight steerer (bearings are good) and seatpost. Rockshox vivid with 400lb spring - working when last used. Cannot see any oil leaks etc. but I haven't been able to test the dampers. As with all used frames, the shock would probably benefit from a service.

spec:
1.5" head tube with 1,1/8" headset fitted
68mm threaded bb shell
135mm QR dropouts (you can use a 9mm QR or a 10mm bolt-up axle)

Obviously this is a used frame, so has the usual scratches, scuffs etc. but no dents/dings that I can see, and no cracks. The main pivot bearings have a small amount of play, but other than that, this frame is good to go!
