2016 Yeti SB5c excellent condition

2016 Yeti SB5c that was custom built this summer. Excellent condition. Hardly ridden. Absolutely nothing mechanically wrong with it. Everything is tight and completely dialed. There are some scratches on the fork lowers, but it doesn't impact anything. Sanctions are perfect. Super light weight and rides really, really fast. I don't have a scale but it's probably in the 28 lb range. All I know is it's real light.

Cranks, handlebar, brake pads f&r, and grips are brand new.

The front tire is a little heavy (double down), if you want I can put a Hans Damf on the rear and move the 2.3 DHF to the front. That would be a more typical tire setup for this bike.
