1995 Chevy Fleetwood 29 ft. Garage RV

1995 Chevy Fleetwood custom 29 ft. motorhome for sale. This is a low-mile (less than 36k) Class C RV built on Chevy's workhorse P30 chassis.

Rear garage section is separate and is just over 10 feet long, the interior width is 91", 77" ht.. The garage is carpeted/paneled, has two swing-down twins. There is a forward bulkhead with a passage door that leads to the front of the RV. Front half is conventional, but without the kitchen or inside shower though there is an outside shower. It has a single 4 ft. rear door, furnished with a separate aluminum loading ramp and a detachable winch. Has the usual water/waste/propane/4kw genny/toilet/sink/interior cabinets/dinette/Dometic fridge/microwave. Sleeps 8 adults total. Does not leak.

Proven GM powertrain with 454 V8 EFI engine, auto trans, stops well and runs great, no mechanical issues. Newer 105 amp alternator, newer battery, 2 inch 6000 lb. cap. receiver. Rear has Continental HDR tires
Aurora fronts, all in very good shape. Previous owner said he converted it to haul watercraft to the river. Just turned 37000 miles.

A Class C motorhome with a 10 ft. garage inside is hard to find. Besides a jetski base, it would make a great bike-race support vehicle (sag wagon), motorcycle hauler/workshop. GMC/Chevrolet P30 chassis - gas, not diesel. No need for a trailer, hauls it all.

RV has current Calif. registration, clear title and is available for cash sale. Asking $9500 or best offer. Might trade for a diesel sprinter box van.
