2017 Canfield Jedi-Carbon Wheels-DVO/X-Fusion*PRICE DROP*

***UPDATED 6-15-18***

***Installed new tires, removed Schwalbe Pro-Core and installed Cush Core in the rear wheel. Replaced chain, Installed new brake pads, disassembled bike to check and re-grease pivot bearings, cleaned, reassembled and bolt-checked. Replaced broken spoke in rear wheel, tension and trued both wheels. Bike is ready to rip for the summer!

For sale is my 2017 Canfield Bros Jedi in Large. Raw Aluminum frame with Black Anodized links. I bought the frame new in Jan of '17 directly from Canfield Bros, hand-built and meticulously maintained it myself over the last year. Frame has 3m heli-tape on the necessary areas, and a custom made Kydex downtube/BB protector for rock strikes. No dents or major scratches. Frame is in 9/10 condition!

Canfield Brothers Formula 1 Suspension

Combining 9 inches of vertical travel with 3 inches of rearward, the Formula 1 Suspension shrugs off square-edged impacts that slow down other designs. This is achieved as the rear wheel moves up AND back out of the way of impacts, versus packing up into trail obstacles as with more traditional designs. Riders have described the Jedi as “hovering” in rough terrain. Not only does the bike simply glance off impacts and keep accelerating, but the rearward axle path is more in line with the front wheel’s axle path along the plane of fork travel, maintaining a more consistent and stable wheelbase under compression, versus more traditional designs that actually result in the wheelbase shrinking under compression leading to decreased stability when you need it most. To further keep the rider in control, the idler pulley isolates pedaling forces and negates any braking or suspension feedback.

This bike is built to the hilt! Full custom build with no regard for cost, carbon goodness all over.

Rims are Light-Bicycle Carbon, 38mm outer width, Custom ordered and built with Extra-Heavy-Duty DH layup on front and rear. Laced to Industy-9 Torch hubs using Sapim CX-Ray Aero-bladed spokes and DT Swiss Pro-Lock Nips.
