Ok maybe none of that is true. But this bike is fun to ride, and you should buy it because it's a sweet machine. Only the frame, fork, headset, rear shock, and seat collar are stock bits. Everything else is custom.

The Spark features TwinLoc, which is Scott's proprietary dual lockout/travel adjust feature. Putting the lever in the first mode sets the rear travel from 120mm to 80mm and changes the fork to threshold lockout mode (semi-firm). Pressing the lever one step further fully locks out the rear shock and the fork. I actually use the TwinLoc feature all the time during rides. It seems like you wouldn't use it much at first but you come to rely on it the more you use it.

The bike can also run 29" wheels. Doing so will raise the front end up a little, as well as the BB height. It will also slacken out the head angle and increase the wheelbase. With a 25mm inner width rim, you can fit up to a 29x2.35" tire with ease.
