I have a homemade 4 bike rack for sale. It goes in a 2 inch receiver. All steel and very strong. A little on the heavy side but not unmanageable. There isn't any straps on it but I just used ratchet straps to hold the bikes in. Works with 26 to 29 inch wheels. I bought an nsr4 so I don't need it anymore. I didn't build it but I think it used to be a chairlift rack.
