2014 XS (Extra Small) Giant Trance

Giant Trance X1 (650b) 2012 (Extra Small – XS). Perfect for small girlfriends or younger teenagers around the 5ft mark.

Bike was used (sparingly) by my girlfriend for 2 seasons, then put into storage. (We went on honeymoon to NZ and ended up never coming back!).

Currently with my parents in Shiremoor, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

Running Shimano SLX/XT groupset, Fox 32 QR15 up front and Fox Float RP2 on the rear.

Everything should still be in good working order – it didn’t ever get enough use to even need a new chain and I recall I changed the brake pads once at most.

My parents report there is a problem with the dropper post. By the sound of it, the cable or actuator mechanism has become sticky or seized having not been used for so long.

Would prefer inspection and collection from Newcastle since my parents would not know how to pack down and post it! However if you are willing to pay the additional costs, I could ask them to try and persuade Halfords to do it for us. I would guess they would charge something like 30-50 GBP plus the actual shipping cost?

Difficult to price up, so offers are invited
