Only used about 6 days per summer at a bike park over the past 4 years. Upgraded internals on the Fox Air 40. Ti spring but not sure on the spring wt. but it works well for my 52 year old 180 lb self. Stock seat, bars, cranks, pedals, front wheel. Rebuild rear rim with a Stans Flow rim on the stock Hope hub
