New XL CC frame, was a warranty replacement. Frame is wrapped in helocopter tape in vulnerable places.
E13 hoops laced to Dt Swiss 240 hubs, recently trued and running new Scwalbe Magic Mary's.
New cane creek headset (40).
New Deity shorty stem.
New SPANK spike 800 mm bars
New ODI grips.
New Marzocchi 380 c2r2 fork (have heavier spring and extra dust seals).
New Race Face bottom bracket.
New Race Face Atlas cranks
New Race Face 36 tooth sprocket.
New Canfield Crampon pedals.
New KMC chain.
Shimano Saint 820 calipers and levers (just serviced)...Goodrich ss lines, new and bedded semi metallic pads.

Fox dhx rc4 "push tuned" with 650 lbs ti spring (have a 525 lbs also).
