Custom Specialized Pitch non-production hardtail

I work for a Specialized bike shop and got this frame from Specialized's paint sample test frames the beginning of this year. When I bought it I thought it was going to be a standard 27.5 frame, so I set it up as 26+. There is a lot of room in the frame, so it was actually meant for 27+. The Manitou fork I have on it also has room for a 27.5x2.8, so if you wanted it could be set up as 27+ with just new wheels and tires. I bought all the parts new, and they have about 100 miles of riding on them. I didn't get around to putting a chain protector on, so there are some dings on it. Other than that everything is in excellent condition. I built this for my wife as a good beginner bike, and have since bought her a full suspension.

Frame: non-production specialized pitch 27+, 1 1/8" straight steerer tube, 73mm english threaded bottom bracket, 135mm qr rear spacing.
Fork: Manitou Markhor 120mm 27.5 15x110mm boost spacing
Brakes: Sram Level T
Rotors: Shimano Deore Centerlock 180mm front 160mm rear
Shifter: Shimano SLX 10 speed
Derailleur: Shimano XT 10 speed long cage
Cassette: Shimano Deore 10 speed 11-42T
Crankset: NX cranks/ NSB chainring 28T (I have the original sram 32t ring if you want it)
Rims: Surly Rabbithole 26+
Hubs: Shimano SLX
Tires: WTB ranger 26x2.8
Seatpost: Specialized Command post 100mm external routing
Seat: Specialized Henge Comp 143mm
Handlebars/stem: Salsa Rustler 2 750mm/ Salsa Guide 40mm
