Selling my NOBL TR38 wheels. These wheels are bomb proof. They are laced to NOBL/ONYX hubs. Absolutely silent, with instant engagement. Rims are true. No dents or cracks. Minor scuffs on rims. I have bought a 29er and have no use for the wheels anymore.
