1999 1998 MARZOCCHI BOMBER Z2 26"

Excellent condition. New seals & oil. Old seals were not leaking, but original. Installed new seals to make sure the fork was ready for another 20 years of service.

Steerer tube 1 1/8 x 7 5/16

Fork is circa 1998, Fresh Enduro seals & Golden Spectro 7.5W oil (stock Marzocchi).

The internals of the fork are in immaculate condition, no sign of wear. The old oil was in good shape as well.

Externally the fork is in excellent condition but not perfect. One decal is slightly scratched & some paint has flaked off the drop out.

As is common for any early Marzocchi's there are some casting flaws here & there. The Italians were mass producing these cast magnesium lowers in house & were concerned with durability over aesthetics. I've never found an early pre 2k Z2 with a flawless casting. This one has some odd casting marks near the disc brake tab (formula standard) and the non drive brake post mount. The marks are aesthetic only.
