Great budget bikepacking setup based on L/XL Prescott Cyclery 396TR and Surly rigid fork. Sun Ringle Duroc 50 275” wheels with 3” wide Rocket Rons. 1x10 setup with SRAM GX crankset. Avid BB7 and Shimano SLX brakes.
Asking $600 - you pay shipping.
The Surly fork includes a 8-pack front rack, and Ive also got a set of cheap bike bags that I can throw in for free.
Will also sell as a 29er setup with DT Swiss X1900 wheels for $500.
Just a note on sizing: I'm 6' and this bike fits perfect with a 50mm stem and wide bars with a suspension fork, so when I went rigid I added a 80mm stem with some narrower swept bars I had. Still fits great, and with the low standover I think the bike could fit a 5'10" person or a 6'1" person just fine. My wife is 5'6" and cant actually ride the bike just fine.
