2012 Trek Remedy 9.9 Custom Build

For sale is a custom built Trek Remedy 9.9 "medium" frame. The frame is a 2012 but the build was completed in 2014. In the past 2 months I have:

-fully serviced the fork and fitted it with the new GRIP damper ($100)
-fully serviced the rear shock ($200)
-new tires front and rear ($100)
-new chain ($20)
-new grips ($27)
-trued the wheels ($40)
-bled the brakes and installed new pads ($25 per pad)
-lubed pivot joints on frame and axles
-Race Face spacers and steerer tube cap

Unfortunately, the bike is just too small for me now and I would like to buy something that fits me better. This bike is incredibly fun to ride and can handle almost anything you throw at it, including laps at Snow Summit Bike Park. There are currently no real issues with the bike (as I have fixed them all) and is a blast to ride. The bike has minor wear and tear but overall is in excellent condition.
