9.5" steer tube
Unknown year, guest guess would be 2006-7
Has typical scratches on lowers and the uppers have a few scratches but not bad at all. All adjustments worked prior to removal. Would assume it needs fresh oil (came from a used bike so unclear on maintenance history)
