Do you have two groups of friends?

Group A, are those friends that are almost too eager to clip in and pedal up hills while possibly wearing a "hip pack". They might even sit on a trainer through the winter in tight shorts (no judgment here).

Group B, are the guys you hang out with at the bike park on the weekends or do shuttle laps with. They crush beers, might say "bro" a bit much, and have a borderline inappropriate love for 26" wheels.

I speak from experience that this bike can hang with both sets of your buddies. Hell, maybe your looking to broaden your horizons and get a bike that will allow you to make friends in either group. It will agreeably pedal up a few thousand Ks of vert and be ready to send those hairy double blacks on the way back down (It's even a hoot to ride on those sidewalk like flowy green/blue trails). This bike has been the greatest I've owned. It's been a serious quiver killer and an awesome do it all bike. SBG is very real and I've noticed great improvements in my riding with this bike, especially my cornering.

The bike is in great shape and has been essentially mechanic owned/maintained (aka all my buddies work in shops).
