I'm moving out of state soon, so I'm pretty motivated to sell.

Frame Size: XL

Shifter/Derailleur/Cassette/Chain: Upgraded to SRAM X01 Eagle 12-speed

Crank: RaceFace Aeffect w/ protective boots and 32-tooth RaceFace direct-mount narrow/wide chainring

Rear Shock: Upgraded to Rockshox Monarch Plus RC3 (new as of 4 rides ago) 150mm travel. Can include original Monarch RT also, if desired.

Fork: Rockshox Pike RC Solo Air 150mm travel; no scratches on stanchions, comes with extra tokens, as well as extra seal kit and shock fluids, front and rear, still in packaging

Brakes: SRAM Guide R with new pads as of 50 miles ago, and a fresh bleed; I will also include my full SRAM bleed kit.

Wheels: RaceFace AR27 rims on nice Novatec Hubs (boost spacing front and rear, no dents, and have stayed nice and true with regular maintenance)

Tires: Tubeless Maxxis Minion, 2.5" DHF Front, 2.4" DHR Rear

Handlebar: Upgraded to RaceFace Next R 20mm carbon riser bar - 780mm uncut

Seatpost: Rockshox Reverb Stealth, with ***170mm TRAVEL***

Saddle: WTB Volt (super comfy)

This originated as the S build from Santa Cruz. Purchased from and built by Competitive Cyclist (Backcountry) here in Salt Lake City, and regularly maintained by a good friend who was a long-time SRAM tech

The bike has very minor nicks and scrapes as expected, but it performs flawlessly. It has never really been crashed; just a pair of times that I tipped over while climbing, and that is evident if you're right up next to the bike. Overall, though, this thing is CLEAN. You really aren't super likely to find another in this size, this build, in this condition for the price. As for size, I am about 6'1"-6'2" with roughly a 33" inseam and the bike fits me great. With most bikes I ride the fence between L and XL, and leaning every so slightly to the bigger side with this one has been great for me.

I just bought a longer travel bike, so I'm only selling this one to make room for a shorter travel bike; on top of moving very soon. Had I stayed with the "one bike" approach, I absolutely would be keeping this one.

It's best to text me. Please feel free to shoot me your questions and/or real offers. Unfortunately, I've already had too many people give me an offer that I accept, only for them to not be serious buyers and stop communication there. I don't get it... anyway! I'm more than happy to consider any real, honest offer. Do you see a nearly identical bike someone else is selling for less? Awesome, let's negotiate.

I'm willing to ship within the country (or Canada) via Bikeflights, buyer pays packing and shipping costs. Payment preferred via Venmo or Zelle, or cold hard cash.
