Well, good news because it turns out I bought the wrong size.
This helmet is in new condition, having been ordered last fall and only used a handful of times (probably because it fit me like something worn by the Great Gazoo). It is free of blemishes as it has never seen any kind of impact. Also it is completely clean.
Included are all of what you'd get with a new helmet - extra cheek pads, removable GoPro/light attachment, bag, and literature.
