The Ghost Kato is a great first "real" mountain bike for kids. The shifting is smooth, suspension is predictable, and best of all it has hydraulic disc brakes for maximum stopping power. It's also light enough to be used around town.
Our bike is well cared for, and has enough life left in it for many more kids to grow with.
The chain was replaced last year, cable and housing done last year. Tires are still in good shape.
