Fork is definitely not in great shape, but with a new seal kit would likely be a decent fork. Good for a project bike. You can buy the seals here, I can throw in some float oil for you if you want for 5$

THE GOOD:
-21 cm steerer tube, very long
-Structurally the fork is in decent shape
-Rebound works perfect
-Not leaking air
THE BAD:
-Stanchion paint is worn (see pictures).
-Needs new fork seals leaking a considerable amount of oil.
-lockout not working
