Selling my Ridley X-Night Ultegra with Hydraulic Brakes

The X-Night is Ridley’s ultimate cross bike, it’s built for mud, rain and coming-in-too-hot dismounts. Born in Belgium and proven by professionals, this bike leverages a host of cross-specific details to deliver a stellar CX machine. The shortened top tube results in precise cornering when navigating tight switchbacks or low-speed technical lines. Raised bottom bracket provides ample room for clearing obstacles without the risk of pedal strikes or terrifying BB clunks. For ultra-technical training rides or races, intentionally flexy seatstays help reduce vibration and chudder without sacrificing stiffness. Cross-specific details include top tube diameters, sized for each frame, internal cable routing for snag-free shouldering and front thru-axle for improved handling.

It’s well equipped as well with carbon fibre FSA SL-K bars (420mm) wrapped in brooks bar tape and a carbon fibre 4ZA Cirrus Pro Seatpost paired with a Fizik Arione VSX saddle.

The groupset is a full Shimano drivetrain featuring Ultegra R8000 crankset (175mm, 52/36T), Ultegra R8000 derailleurs and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and shifters.

The gearing is designed to be more versatile allowing for bigger gears for those long and fast gravel rides as well.

The bike has been used and shows some signs of wear but is good condition.

The base model of this bike sold for $3,500 new with 105 and stock alloy components (www.mec.ca/en/product/5047-777/X-Night-105-with-Hydro-Brakes).
