Hey guys, I'm making the tough decision to sell what is probably my favorite bike I've ever built, my Evil Offering in size Large. Unfortunately, a bad motocross injury has me looking at a very long recovery and time off the bike. In the interim, I'm selling off a good number of bikes in my quiver and will end up building new rigs as my strength and abilities start to come back.

This bike was essentially built to be a quiver killer of sorts, leaning more towards enduro prowess but packing plenty of peadaling performance to climb all day, need be. This bike has handled everything from full Downieville laps (riding from Downieville up to Sierra City, to Packer Saddle, and ripping back down), to lift accessed runs at Northstar, all-day excursions on the best that Oakridge has to offer, all while being my go-to everyday bike on Mt. Tam, handling the few thousand feet of elevation that is climbed and descended with just about every ride.

Here are the specifics on the build:
Evil The Offering, Size Large, My Boy Blue, FSA Headset.

Custom built wheels with Chris King AB hub front and B hub rear, both featuring ceramic bearings. DT Swiss Aerolite spokes marry the Matte Turquoise hubset to the Enve M730 hoops, wrapped in DHR II WT 2.4 and DHF WT 2.5 Maxxis tires, respectively.

The groupset is the recently lauded SRAM Eagle AXS 12–speed groupset, running 175mm cranks and a 34t chainring.

Stopping is handled by the Magura MT Trail SL brakes, with a 4-piston caliper up front and a 2-piston caliper out back, and a 203mm rotor up front with a 180 in the rear. I’ve been an XTR brake guy for the longest time and decided to give these a try, and honestly couldn’t be happier with this setup. I prefer the feel of a 1-finger lever, so I eschewed the two-finger carbon bladed levers for the 1-finger HC3 levers, though both options will be included in the sale.

Suspension out back is handled by a PUSH Eleven Six coil shock, tuned for a 175lb rider with a full open mode and climbing mode. A more trail-friendly tune can be put on the shock instead of a climbing option.

The fork is a Fox Factory 36 with ASC3 coil conversion, currently at 140mm. I tried the bike with a few different front suspension configurations and ended on this setup, proffering the best all-around balance and all-terrain efficiency of any combination.

The dropper is the tried and true Fox Factory Transfer post with 150mm of travel and a WTB Titanuium SL8 saddle perched atop.

An Enve 55mm M60 Stem and M60 riser bar handle the controls, and the grips are ODI lock-on.

As I write this I’m gutted to have to let this one go, but I’m really hoping that this bike finds a deserving home with loamy trails right around the corner.

With over $14,000 invested into this build, I’m looking for $7,000 after a relatively short season of riding, meticulous maintenance schedule, and superlative used condition.
