Just purchased these this past weekend for $170. Super-nice, but I'm an SPD person and am not getting along with these.
Includes everything that comes new: pedals, brass cleats, spacers and bolts, shoe pads and the box/instructions. Ridden on three rides, couple small typical rock strikes, otherwise perfect.
