Selling my Specialized SWAT Steertube tool. I've got a few other tools that I bring riding so I just don't have a need for this anymore.
Comes with a variety of bolts for different length steertubes, one bolt is slightly bent, but it still threads and holds. Action on the opening mechanism is randomly sticky but works fine.
