2006 Cannondale Scalpel Si Team Replica, medium, FOX TerraLogic
I am the original owner and I had purchased this bike originally for $9,800 NEW.

Hi, my name is Albert and I love fixing bikes.
I have been a hobby bicycle mechanic for over 25 years.
Fixing bikes give me great pleasure and this is what I enjoy doing as a pass time.

This is the 2006 Cannondale Scalpel TEAM replica.
It is in EXCELLENT condition. I take really good care of my equipment and tools and that includes my bikes.
I ordered it from Dukes Cycle in Toronto, Ontario in 2006.

Overall, this is a lovely bike that is just screaming with life. It can't wait to be taken out to a trail to be ridden and enjoyed. :)

You can be sure that this bike is fully functional and mechanically sound.
I have completed the following maintenance:

-drive train and chain: use MEC bike cleaner then wash and wipe chain and lube with White Lightening wax
-wipe the brake rotors down with isopropyl/rubbing alcohol after every ride
-nylon brush the rear cogs and front chain rings after washing them with MEC bike cleaner
-ensured all the bolts are tight and snug
-make sure the brakes work smoothly and provide proper stopping power
-inflated the tubeless tires to the correct pressure
-ensured the rims are true

There is plenty of tread left on the tires.
No pedals are included.

I can also tell you that this bike works better now after I have tuned it, than when it was brand new from the store! :)

Everything on the bike is original except I have changed the saddle and the grips.

I have gone to great lengths to care for this bike and here are some things I have gone out of my way to do so:
-from the photos, you will see that I went to the trouble of rolling a mountain bike inner tube over the rear shock to prevent any dirt or dust from entering the piston chamber
-I also rolled a narrow road bike inner tube over the rear seat-stay pivots, to prevent dust and debris from wear those out

The front TerraLogic fork is the reason why I bought this bike.
It is active when you hit a bump but when you are on a flat surface, it is firm.
This is due to the brass bearing which seats itself to close the valve.

The rear shock has 3 settings that you can easily switch between with a flip of the switch: soft, normal, firm.
If you take a look at the tires and the teeth on the chainrings, you will see that I have barely put any miles on this bike.
I washed the drivetrain (cogset, chain, chainrings, derailleurs) after every ride that was dirty or overly dusty and I would wipe down and re-lube the chain after every ride.
I also wiped the disc brake rotors after every ride with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl).

My weight is 135 pounds.
I am 5 feet 7 inches
