This is a NEW left over in my garage. Comes with a SDG brand lever if needed or I will sell without lever if it's not needed. Made by Pacific North West (PNR). Its the Cascade model and is external type not internal routing. They sell from USA at $244 not including lever (plus shipping and duty) and are sold out at this time on their store. $230 without lever and cable.
