Make an offer! Posted to gauge interest levels. I'm currently traveling in the van and will be back in Portland on December 1st.

IF YOU CONTACT ME PLEASE MENTION WHAT YOUR FAVORITE COLOR IS OR I WILL NOT RESPOND! (Scam defenses)

I bought this van from the second owner at just under 150k miles. He had all the service records and gave them to me, I am happy to share them with viewers.

When I bought it the thing was in great mechanical shape so I've done very little there. However, I did tear out his entire conversion during quarantine and built my own over a couple months. I built it with high quality baltic birch, durable wood stain, and pro-enamel paints. All wiring is good copper wire with renogy components and standard blade fuses. The water system is simple (read unlikely to leak) and easy to use. It is by no means a perfect build, and doesn't really compare to the aesthetics of a 20k professional design but that's why I'm not listing it for 60 grand lol. All in all its exceptionally functional and comfortable to live in for one to two people so long as ya'll are comfy with each other.

I specifically designed the interior with a couple things in mind. First, it needed to fit all my adventure gear (mountain bikes, surfboards, snowboards, rock climbing gear, camera equipment, and camping stuff). Secondly, I knew I was pushing my budget and wanted to make sure that if I ended up selling it, the next owner wouldn't have a hard time adjusting the conversion to fit their own lifestyle. If you are into any of the above activities, it is perfectly equipped for you!

Due to the amount of gear I planned to shove in it, it has an excess of storage. Even for me there's honestly too much storage. That being said, I'm traveling solo. If your going with a partner or extra gear it'd be just right!

SPECS

-100MAH AGM secondary battery charges through 100w renogy solar and also the alternator if you're driving

-120w inverter with dual standard plug-ins and two usb (on/off switch is accessible, I know some people are bothered by inverter noises)

-two usb outlets with battery charge readout

-7 gallon water tank

-medium solar shower/water tank on the roof with shower hose and compressor

-table with bench converts easily to bed

-two swiveling captains chairs up front (great for reading and working in when the bed is set up instead of the table

-bed is almost a full (I'll add proper dimensions soon)

-I haven't decided whether the dometic will be thrown in at this price, but it's wired for low draw fridges

- low-draw rf remote dimming led strip lights inside

- low draw ir remote mood lighting outside, stellar for camping

- tires will have 4k on them when I get back, good condition still, great on dirt and chunky forest roads

- I'll throw new brakes and a new windshield on when I get back to Portland as well as do an oil change

-aux cable and reasonable sound system unless you consider yourself an audiophile

-custom curtains with handmade leather tie-backs to maintain privacy no matter where you're camping

-60 inch LED lightbar at the perfect angle to navigate gnarly roads at night

I'll add more details in time as I think of them, feel free to reach out with questions and very serious offers. I'll be happy to cut my trip short if you've got cash in hand but I'm not in any rush to sell. Low balls will be ignored, pls don't waste your time. Thanks for looking!
