2017 Raleigh Kodiak 1

The Raleigh Kodiak 1 is a beefy trail bike with the ability to descend through chunky trail terrain and still maintain its composure on trail features like jumps with its playful, yet plush 120mm of travel. If you're looking for a solid trail bike with dual suspension with plush suspension, solid stopping power, playfulness and its trademark 27.5+ tires and rims this bike is for you. The plus-sized tires act as their form of suspension that is additional to the already equipped 120mm you're going to get, and they give superior traction when needed and can float over any rock garden or take off and provide a forgiving landing. With the upgrades, I have made this bike trail-ready and optimized for someone looking for a full squish with great capability and are not looking to burn a huge hole in their pocket. It's great for beginners to the sport, or experts looking for a fun trail bike to play around on.

I bought this bike in 2018 and have ridden it as my main trail bike until 2019. I then retired it to my around town conversation starter bike. I replaced it with a more aggressive enduro bike and I do not need it anymore. I have kept it maintained well and will make sure it is in tip-top shape before it is shipped. I have also done various upgrades to the bike. These upgrades being:
Sram Level Brakes
2 by 8 conversion to save weight and increase clearance
Added a bash guard to the last chainring
New grips will be added to the bike. The ones in the picture I will be keeping, so I will update the seller on the new grips.
The bike is set up tubeless and I have never had a tire issue given these Kenda Havoks are some of the most grippy and beefy tires I have ever ridden on.
