All the Cycling Avenue bikes, frames and wheels are certified Ready-to-Ride. Each bike goes through an inspection, verification, cleaning and complete reassembly. Based on the type of bike, frame or wheel and its original condition, our experienced mechanics will execute the necessary tune-up in order to add as much value, performance and lifespan to each bike.

Shipping :

49.99$ for bikes, 99.99$ for large mountain bike and ebike and 19.99$ for frames and wheels. Cycling Avenue dos not deliver PO Boxes. Additional charges may also be applied for XL-XXL sized bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes, and fat bikes. An upcharge will be added for orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories All ground orders take approximately 24-48 hours to process before they are shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information by email. You can either track your package directly on your Cycling Avenue account or on the shipping carrier’s website.

Buying from Cycling Avenue is risk-free.

You either love and keep your new bike or you contact our customer service and ship it back to us within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. The products must be received in the original packaging and in a condition similar to the initial sale.

Packaging and assembly:

You will receive your bike, frame/frameset or wheel/wheelset safely wrapped up in a box (may not be the original packaging as each product is checked by our certified mechanics). Bikes are 80% assembled. Most bicycles will be shipped with the handlebars, front wheel, and seatpost removed. An assembly guide, as well as a multi-tool, will be included in the box to make sure you can get your new bike up and running as easily and as fast as possible.
