Stanton Switchback Gen 1 18"

Well used but very well looked after. Mechanically in excellent condition. A few cosmetic marks as you would expect, hopefully the photos show all the required detail.

Selling as I previously had a long travel bike and this hardtail, which was a good contrast but have recently swapped to a short travel bike and now they are much closer I can't see the Stanton getting ridden anymore.

Review including geometry is at the link below, as a guide I'm 6 foot tall and feels fine for me

Very capable bike, can use it on the railway paths one day and the steepest roughest tracks the next. Looks great and ready to rip!

Good Points:

- Apart from the marks you can see in the images the paintwork still looks fantastic, probably the favourite colour of any bike I've had
- The SRAM eagle GX drivetrain and DT Swiss 350 rear hub were only purchased in May 2020 and have done around 10 rides since then, proof of purchase available
- Wheels running straight and true, tubeless compatible but running tubes at moment
- Fork is in perfect working order, lockout and rebound adjust working properly
- Spare wheel set included as I will no longer have anything 650B. Its Sun Ringle Inferno, front is fine, rear is not in best condition and hub not compatible with SRAM Eagle

Bad Points:

- Small mark on the stanchion of the fork, did this about 4 years ago and it has never ever caused any oil leakage so cosmetic only
- The Reverb has around 10-20mm of movement downwards when you sit on it, otherwise working perfect
- Grips are worn
- Small tear in rear of saddle but its comfy :)
- The maxle has small damage where the quick release engages on the main axle to make it turn when you want remove the wheel, still works fine (£18 for a new one!)

Full spec:

- Rockshox Revelation RL 140mm, air spring, lockout and rebound adjust
- Front wheel is WTB i23 rim with sram MTH716 hub
- Rear is WTB i23 with DT Swiss 350 hub
- Hope headset
- SRAM Eagle GX chainset
- Reverb seat post 125mm drop
- Shimano SLX brake 180mm front and rear
- Funn Zippa chainguide
- 800mm wide bar, 40mm stem
- Maxxis Short 3C EXO 2.35 front, Maxxis high roller 2 EXO 2.35 rear
- Specialized saddle
- DMR death grips
- No pedals included

Front mudguard not included.
