Hi-
My winter project this year does not include my bike. I converted my 6th gen iPod Classic to a 128 flash card and put in a new battery. With these upgrades, the battery lasts a full 24 hours, which is pretty awesome. I would say that it's in good condition. There are a few scratches on the front face, and the chrome back is scratched, but the screen itself is great and it's 100% functional. It's just been in use for.... decades, so it's a bit weathered. There is one small dent down by the charge/sync port, but it doesn't effect operation. There isn't anything behind that which could get hurt. I can sell it loaded with music, or completely blank, just let me know. I was a DMB addict so I have thousands of bootleg shows I could load for you.
You don't have to ever worry about the HD skipping or locking up on you, as it's no longer there! Flash memory is superior in stability and energy efficiency.
LMK if you need a cable to sync/charge. It's a plain ol' USB on one end and a 30 pin connector on the other.
