Full Disclosure - I had a bear of a time with this thing.
The First cassette broke a tooth on the granny gear during its first, and only ride (Unlike most of you Pinker's, I do use my granny gear). e13 promptly replaced the cassette (well, as prompt as possible during a global pandemic) and I have just used the warranty cassette on the stand and around the block. Why? Because I cannot get it to shift smoothly. I have spent more time then I care to admit adjusting limit screws, b-screws, cable tension and clutches. I have tried this on a single wheel (I9 Torch) with both complete SLX and GX drivetrains. I can get it to either climb smoothly up or drop down, but not both. Perhaps it is me and my sh!tty mechanic skills? Take a chance!
