Selling this classic 888. She's definitely served me well over the years, and is a great all round fork. Selling because I picked up a Boxxer. It sat for a few years, but otherwise didn't have too much usage since it's last service.
Couple things to note:
- The nick on the stanchion. I dropped my bike on day 2 of owning it back in 2010 right on to a rock. It hasn't leaked a single drop of oil through the seals over years of riding. No idea how...
- The vast majority of what was once a rebound knob seems to be missing. I recommend pliers for adjustments
Otherwise, solid classic fork that works.
