Large 2020 Norco Sight A1, mechanic owned with upgrades
Bought in December of 2020 in Montana, so not ridden till spring of 2021 due to snow.
Meticulously maintained, never been on a car rack in the rain or snow, hand cleaned often. We don’t get too much moisture here so it has had minimal exposure to water. Pivots blown out with air nearly every ride and lubricated often. There were a lot of parts I switched out when I was riding it so a lot of the components on it now are lightly or never ridden.
It’s a sweet bike. Despite the aluminum frame, it climbs remarkably well and has a comfortable climbing position you can sit in all day. When you point it downhill, the slack head tube angle and long wheelbase come alive, it will surprise you with how capable it is in rough terrain and in steeps. Definitely hits above its belt for a 150mm bike while keeping its climbing ability.
Components:
Frame: Norco Sight A1
Protection: Norco factory chainstay guard and down tube protection, AMS fork protection, dyed bro Viking frame protection. Frame has next to no scratches, I can take frame and fork protection off if you would like.
Fork: Rockshox lyrik ultimate. I have a vorsprung luftkappe air piston I haven’t installed that I can send with the bike if you would like
Shock: rockshox superdeluxe with megneg aftermarket air can
Brakes: Code RSC with fresh pads and bleed
Bars: Diety
Wheels: DT Swiss 350’s, freehub body just serviced, laced to e*thirteen lgr1 in the front and race face arc 30 HD in the rear
Drivetrain: Sram GX eagle
Grips: ergon LGR1
Dropper: transX 170mm with wolftooth light action remote
Maintenance SINCE LAST RIDE:
Fork, shock, and dropper stancions and seals cleaned and lubed
Pivots cleaned and relubricated
Brakes bled and pads replaced
Freehub body serviced
Headset overhauled
Bottom bracket cleaned and regreased
Sealant refilled
Fork and shock serviced recently, there is a shallow scuff on one of the stancions but it is high enough to rarely dip below the seals. I didn’t notice any difference in the seals or foam rings the last time I serviced the fork, so it shouldn’t cause any issues.
Message me if you have any more questions. Like I said, I have several parts I rode on that bike that I have taken off that I could be willing to part with, including a set of carbon wheels. Message me if you’re interested!
