Hi
Here we have a bike that I built up specifically to race in the Megavalanche last year but due to the Covid we didn't go and since then have changed plans.
The special thing about it is that is uses a DH frame but has a dropper and wide range cassette so it goes uphill too - it really does! Its not an XC bike by any means but you can cover most of the up and just get off to push at the really steep bits, it makes it so much more usable than a dedicated DH bike with their tiny cassette and fixed saddle.
This type of bike will become more popular, you can see the Orange factory team are using them - check out Joe Connell's bike on Pinkbike.

Or if you want to go full on DH that is fine just remove the dropper and swap the cassette its that easy.
So to the spec:
Rockshox Boxxer Ultimate 29 Forks with box - the best you can get.
Orange 329 frame in XL but its not a more a L/XL really with a 490mm reach.
Rockshox Super Deluxe Shock
Custom 3D printed shock cover (with a spare)
Rockshox Reverb 175mm dropper post
Hope Tech 3 V4 Brakes with braided hoses
XT 11 speed drivetrain
WTB High Tail Carbon saddle, this is seriously light, 162g and £180 rrp!
Shimano Saint Cranks.
Shimano Saint BB
Hope Headset
Saint BB
Stans Flow MK3 rims
Magic Mary tyres
Hope Pro 4 Hubs
220mm Rotors
Renthal 35 Bars and Clamp
Renthal Chainring
Sram 1195 cassette (ultra trick one piece cassette, and very light)
44T One-UP Expander ring.
Snow Camo DMR Deathgrips
In terms of use it literally has only been used 6 times since being built and never been crashed. It is pretty much mint. The casstte and cranks were used before going on this bike and that is why they are showing a bit of wear but the rest is literally 6 rides old so you are pretty much getting a new bike!!
Get ahead of the curve this is the way enduro is going, especially the steep gnarly events!
Or use for full on DH you have the choice its an easy conversion...
Collect from NG13 near Nottingham.
Any questions please ask, Cheers.
