2022 Marin Headlands frameset 58cm brand new in box

I got this to build a sweet gravel and light bikepacking bike, but my circumstances have changed, and I just don't have the funds or the space to build it, so it's just sitting in its original box. I've unpacked it enough to look at it and take a photo, but it's brand new, and has never been built up at all. Full carbon frame and fork, lots of mounts. Comes with the thru-axles, headset, and seat clamp and bolts. Just the regular stuff. $1700 obo. I want to lose as little money as possible on this, but I also need to sell it, so make me an offer.
