Enve Generation 1 (non-di2) compact carbon fiber handlebars. 42 c-c, takes 31.8 stem. 127 drop, 79mm reach. Has a flattish top section, and has grooves for housing. Ridden once, sold the bike they were on. Have scratches from installing shifters, and one on the right top section. The last pic shows a piece of carbon that's coming off, hence the low low price.
