Old frame, (mostly) new components. This is a curated build that looks and rides amazing. On appropriate trails, this bike is capable of fast times up and down.

The concept for this build embraces the perfection of imperfection along with the authenticity of time and use. The frame has a few scuffs and scratches. The front and back wheels are matching but different (high flange/low flange, silver spokes/black spokes). The brake levers and calipers are of different brands...

I’m keeping the WTB saddle and replacing it with a basic but decent new Selle saddle. I’m also keeping the Surly Torsion Bar and Paul Chim Chim’s bar ends and replacing with the original Syncros Hardcore bar the purple anodized bar ends that came with the bike.
