2020 Santa Cruz Hightower C Custom Build

I want to try out a Yeti or Specialized for my next bike, so I'm selling this one :) Feel free to call the listed stores below for details on the bike or service records.
I have put maybe 2.5k miles on this frame (based on Strava). I love it and actually so do my family; we have great memories with it (I took my daughter MTB riding with it on a Kid's ride shotgun!), but I want to keep trying new brands.

Parts included are:

Brakes are SRAM Code R

Rockshox Lyrik Ultimate with 150mm (adjustable up to 170 I believe).
Full Service (with receipt if requested) at Rhythm Bikes (https://www.rhythmbikes.com/) in Oakland, CA 2 months ago.

Rockshox Super Deluxe with 140mm

Hunt Trailwide Rims (Front and Back)
SRAM GX Drivetrain with 1x12.
Tires are Maxxis DHF front and back (I can replace if the buyer wants)

PNW 150mm dropper
Ergon Enduro Saddle

Chain is about 1 month old
Cassette is about 7 months old

Warranty Note:
I don't know if you would be able to utilize the Lifetime Warranty from Santa Cruz for this frame. I got the frame after my 2018 Hightower came with a defect and this one was given to me after that. Buyer beware I suppose.


Damage Comments:

My chain came off the front Chainring and chipped pain off the front. I covered with paint sealer.
My "Timber" Bell scraped the paint on top and chipped it.
Fork got damaged by a slide on some dirt one time.
The paint where on the back top tube was from a buddy's clipless pedals rubbing my frame one time.
