2018 Ford Transit 250 148" long wheelbase (LWB) Medium roof camper van.
One owner, excellent / like-new condition.
3.5L V6 EcoBoost motor, automatic transmission.
Rear axle: 3.31 gears (best highway MPGs), limited slip differential (LSD).
Fuel economy: lifetime average of 17 mpg, best 22 mpg.

50k miles (Ford Powertrain Warranty is good through 2025 or 60k miles)
80% of mileage is hard surface highway driving w/ cruise set at 70mph (lots of long distance trips).
Starts, runs, drives, and stops like new, zero mechanical or drivetrain issues.
Dealer-only oil changes every 3-5k miles.
All service records & dealership window sticker available.
Original owner with clean title in hand, no accidents.
Non-smoker.

Purchased brand new from Ford dealership in 2020, so despite being a 2018 it's only been on the road for 2.5 years.

Nearly new Cooper AT3 LT tires with LOTS of tread left, E-rated sidewall. These are very quiet on the highway, but also do great in the snow. Tire chains will be included in sale as well.

2" class 5 receiver hitch ready for bike racks, etc.

Very functional setup with a unique interior look. My wife and I lived comfortably in this for 8 months last year while she worked at various hospitals around the country. We now use it for weekend adventures.

Like many, I borrowed build tips from FarOutRide (https://faroutride.com/van-build/) and did not skimp on materials. The van was built with longevity, durability, and moisture mitigation in mind.

High level overview:
- Fully insulated (walls & ceiling: 3M Thinsulate + EZ Cool, floor: rigid foam board)
- An (almost) queen sized bed, 5" thick memory foam mattress
- 10 gallons of fresh water delivered to sink via foot pump
- 5 gallon gray water tank
- Dometic CFF 45 refrigerator
- 1000W Jackery powers four LED ceiling lights/MaxxFan/fridge/other electronics (sale also includes 100W Jackery solar panel, 12V cigarette lighter Jackery charging extension cord)
- Beautifully restored antique kitchen/storage cabinet
- Gorgeous Vigo farm sink
- Basic toilet
- Eureka propane stove for cooking (Coleman-style)
- Custom made, super durable (and washable) "boat" cushions on bench seats
- Lagun swivel table
- Huge "garage" storage space with bike mounts (easily removable)
- EZ Cool window & windshield shades
- Probably forgetting a number of things here...

Everything works and after two years with this build bouncing down the road in both very warm and very cold temperatures, I'm pleased to say nothing has failed/broken/leaked. EDIT: windshield is cracked. Willing to have repaired prior to sale for serious buyers.

Please see CL ad photos linked at the top of this ad to get a sense for the build. They are meant to give a behind the scenes look at build process & materials, as well as to get a look at the finished product. I'm more than happy to talk/text/email about the many additional specifics or send additional photos, so if you're seriously interested please contact me with those questions and we can have a more detailed conversation.

Located in Klamath Falls, OR and would prefer a local pick-up, but am willing to meet a serious buyer within a couple hours driving radius. Open to reasonable offers, but no trades please. KBB values for van itself: Very Good - $41,500; Excellent - $42,600
$51,999 USD
Restrictions: Reasonable offers only, No Trades, Local pickup only
