2023 [North Shore] Now Hiring - Sales & Service

Hello,

We are looking to expand our team here at North Shore Bike Shop. We are a group of passionate riders and our ultimate goal is to provide customers with awesome, no-BS service. We mostly sell enduro, trail, downhill and dirt jump bikes from Transition and Norco.

Mostly looking for someone with some customer service / service experience.

If you have experience working on bikes - tune-ups, brake bleeds, wheel builds, suspension service - shoot us a message!

If you don't have that much experience but are stoked on bikes and willing to learn - shoot us a message!

Our service area and showroom share the same space, and there are usually 2-4 staff working on the same day. This means you won't be working on bikes all day - we expect the ideal candidate to be able to answer phone calls, talk to customers and help with general tasks as well.
