It’s a spring. I got it along with my shock and settled on a 550lb as my boingy boi of choice. I’d speculate on how much it’s been used, but probably not much, and it really doesn’t matter anyway. Minimal scratches, barely any signs of being installed previously, and no chips in the paint - overall excellent condition.
