This thing has been kicking around in my stable for years and I've probably spent too much money on upgrades but here we are. I ride it occasionally but any time I've started jumping consistently I always seem to hurt myself in some new exciting way...getting too old for this nonsense. Anyway, you should buy it! It jumps well and, given the rigid fork, is an absolute pump track MONSTER. I ran it brakeless at the pump track once and it was absolutely terrifyingly fast...parents with kids who don't know pump track etiquette will scream at you, you've been warned ;)
Frame: 2001 On-One Gimp. Ad title says 2004 but that is incorrect, Pinkbike won't allow me to select 2001. Unsure of size, but I am 6 feet (183cm) tall and it feels great to me. Anyway, It came Raw from the factory, but the previous owner (I am the second owner) had painted it some horrible pink color, you can see remnants of the pink color behind the head tube gusset in one of the pics. I stripped the paint back to raw (using a paint stripper, not sanding), it's just proper. IF need be, I can remove that last remaining paint, just give me the word. I just got lazy.
Fork: Identiti Bikes Rebate XL rigid
When I bought it years ago, it had an ancient and unbelievably heavy 2002 Marzocchi Bomber DJ 4 fork. It seriously weighed nearly 5 lbs. I got rid of that and installed a rigid fork because I couldnt find a straight-steerer suspension fork that was actually worth buying. (Identiti Bikes Rebate XL: https://www.identitibikes.com/products/rebate-xl-forks/) Much better and MUCH lighter. This thing SOARS with this new lighter fork.
Headset: Cane Creek Forty
Cranks are the original Chromoly Gusset BMX 3 piece cranks. Absolutely bombproof.
Pedals: Crankbrothers Stamp
Bottom Bracket is also from Gusset. It's a massive American BB with bearings that spin very well. Considering how big American bottom brackets are, I'm not surprised the bearings have lasted so well. They are also super cheap to replace.
Wheels: Custom-built SUN Rhynolite rims laced to Shimano XT hubs converted from QR to bolt on with perfect bearings and races. Shimano hubs use cup and cone systems and Ive taken great care to ensure proper preload and service.
Tires: Maxxis Holy Roller
Brake: Avid BBDB (precursor to the BB7). Cabled actuated, works perfectly.
Stem: DMR Headstock (indestructible but heavy)
Bars: Deity something or other. I dont know, they're white and narrow for all your barspin needs haha.
Grips: Oury Purple
Seat/Seatpost: Upgraded from original traditional rail clamp to BMX-style stealth interface. Saddle is Mid-Fat.
I'll ship globally and buyer's expense. Bike will be packed by my local bike shop.
Restrictions: Reasonable offers only, No Trades, Will ship globally
