2018 Fezzari Signal Peak Elite build

Late 2018 Fezzari signal peak elite. Very good and reliable bike, it's quite light and fun to ride. I've moved to an area where I do not use it much any more, and would prefer to have a bigger park bike. Have had this as a "guest bike" for the last two years and figured someone else could use it better than it sitting in my garage (used maybe 5 times in last two years). Everything works fine on it, the shock had air can service done recently. The fork has a "CSU creak" that it developed shortly after warranty ran out. Have been assured that there is nothing wrong with it, just a creak/pop at times that happens randomly (seemed to be a common thing with Fox 34s).
Has been taken care of well, has few scratches/scuffs on paint.

DT Swiss EX511 rims with stock stans hubs - set up tubeless
Cranks are 175mm
