2006 carrera vulcan - upgrades

this is a 2006 carrera vulcan in 19", it's been reasonably looked after and not used too extensively, but it has a few chips/scratches but no dents, it's in pretty good condition. It's all the stock stuff:
sx4 shifters
x5 mechs
suntour cranks
carrera saddle
etc etc

All the mods are as follows:
Avid juicy 3 160mm rear brake
rockshox tora 302 85-130mm, lockout, rebound, u-turn
decathlon front wheel (double walled rim)

The forks and brake are pretty much brand new, only been ridden a few times.

The bad points:
no front brake
could do with new tyres
the gears need indexing

As such i'm asking for £200 collected, the forks and brake alone cost me £200+
