Modded Xbox 360 with 1 controller (black) and 10 games

Pretty self explanatory, its a modded xbox 360, bought about 2 years ago, good condition, but the fan is a little loud (not a problem though). The games it comes with are Skate, Skate 2, Prototype, Assasins Creed 2, Midnight Club LA, Borderlands, Left 4 dead, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, F.E.A.R, and lastly Guitar Hero 3 with 2 guitars (one has stickers on it and the other does not). Comes with all the cords, and of coarse a black controller. It also comes with a wireless adapter for online play, which means that you dont need to hook your xbox up to the internet with a cord. This is a great deal so if you are interested message me, i am willing to drop the price a bit so $250 OBO.
