1998 Marin B-17 (-2000) Rear Disc Brake Mount

I'm after the marin adapter so the mounts on the rear swing arm of a marin b-17 full sus bike can take normal current model disc brakes.

This seems to be no longer made and the only traces on the web is on forum posts etc.

Please contact me if you have one lying around / on a dead bike / no longer use/need
