An almost new Niner EMD for sale. I purchased this frame in June of this year (2011) and had planned to build it up as a weekend warrior cross country racer, life got in the way and I never did go in a race. The bike has only been ridden about a 100kms so it is in excellent shape. All parts on the bike are new (with one exception) and are either 2010 or 2011 parts. The exception are the Elixr 5 brakes that were used but are in excellent conditon.
New Niner EMD 9 Frame size large Rootbeer in colour
New Rockshox Reba Race with remote lockout 2010
New Spinergy xyclone 29er wheels set with PBO Spokes
New X-9 complete drivetrain 3x9 with a 12 -34 cogset.
New Stylo crankset
New stylo 90mm stem
New Specialized alloy 685mm flatbar with new specialized lockon white grips
New Alligator super fortress cable set.
New Kenda small block eights
New Troy Lee Designs/Selle Italia Shiver saddle on a sette APX 400mm seatpost.
Used 2010 Avid Elixr 5 brakes. In excellent condition, I just did not buy them new.
Bike weight is about 26.5lbs as it is in the picture, I do not have a supper accurate scale to give an exact number.
There are a couple of scratches on the frame. One set is from a rear wheel installation and the brake rotor scraped the paint on the chainstay. Another is at the bottom bracket from a little chain suck. Both are minimal and only paint nothing into the metal. There is also some minor cable rub at the head tube.
Asking price is $1850 CAD, feel free to make an offer.
Feel free to ask me questions about the bike, I will help as much as I can.
Shipping is an option but all shipping costs are at the buyers expense and not included in the sale price of the bike. I can meet you on Vancouver Island with in reason.
Thanks for looking.
*Note, on the fifth picture of the cable rub, the rub is the dull part the silver is flash reflection not a scratch.
