This Contest is called the "Follow Me… Everywhere?" (the "Contest"). By submitting your photo you acknowledge that you have read, understood and complied with these rules (the "Official Rules") in their entirety and agree to abide by these rules, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Contest. The Contest entry for the Grand Prize runs from approximately February 8th (12:00:01 PM PST) until March 12th, 2010 11:59:59 PM PST, the Contest Closing Date. The Grand Prize will be awarded before March 20th, 2010. CONTEST IS VOID IN WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees of Anthill Films, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related are not eligible. Submit a photo to the contest’s photo gallery on pinkbike.com with the “Follow Me logo” clearly visible between February 8th and March 12th 2010. Any photo with the logo clearly represented through all available media will be accepted. Multiple entries are permitted.

All entries will be included in the weekly draw prizes. Entrants are only allowed to win one weekly prize – entrants who win a weekly prize will no longer be included in further weekly draws. Weekly draws will occur on the following schedule:

• Weekly Prize One: February 15th, 2010 9:00am PST
• Weekly Prize Two: February 22nd, 2010 9:00am PST
• Weekly Prize Three: March 1st, 2010 9:00am PST
• Weekly Prize Four: March 8th, 2010 9:00am PST
• Weekly Prize Five: March 15th, 2010 9:00am PST

The Grand Prize will be awarded by a panel of judges made up of the Anthill Films crew. The judges will select the winning photo from the 10 photos most popular photos. The top 10 photos will be determined by the total “faves” each photo receives. The top 10 photos will be selected from all entries before March 12th, 2010 11:59:59 PM PST. The judges will each score the top 10 photos on a scale of 1 – 5 on the following criteria: relevance, placement, printing, exposure, humour, originality. The photo with the highest combined score will be awarded the grand prize. The grand prize winner will be announced March 19th, 2010.
The odds of winning are dependant on the number of eligible entries received by the Contest Close Date.
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred and all such additional costs that may be incurred. Winners outside of Canada and the United States are responsible for all shipping costs. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. Neither Anthill Films, nor employees of Anthill Films or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once winner has taken possession of the product. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Anthill Films may substitute a prize of like or equal value. Management, employees and families of Anthill Films are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded in the Contest. Anthill Films reserves the right to alter any rules of any contest at anytime.

All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. As a condition of winning the prizes, the winner must: 1) correctly answer the following skill testing question: (3x6) +12/2-8 = ; and 2) complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, where permitted by law, and any other applicable forms required by a taxing authority within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of written prize notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
By entering the Contest and/or accepting a prize, the entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Anthill Films, its sponsors, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of, or in connection with, the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including without limitation claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

By submitting any photo or information to the Contest you hereby grant to Anthill Films and its sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted photo or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose. In addition to other things, the rights granted to Anthill Films includes but is not limited to the right to resize, crop, censor, compress, edit, feature, caption, affix logos to, and to otherwise alter or make use of the submitted photo. By submitting any photo or information to the Contest, you hereby represent and warrant that the submitted photo or information does not and shall not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, and you have the right to grant any and all rights and licenses granted to Anthill Films herein, including but not limited to all necessary rights under copyright, free and clear of any claims or encumbrances. You acknowledge and agree that Anthill Films shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any photo or information submitted by you, and may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any photo or information that you submit to the Contest. You understand and intend that any photo or information submitted by you to the Contest may be available for viewing, rating, review and comment on by the public, and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any photo or information you submit to Anthill Films. By submitting any photo or information to the Contest, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such photo or information submitted by you to Anthill Films. You hereby agree to hold Anthill Films and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees sponsors and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with the inclusion in, publication via or display on any website, or any other use authorized under these Terms, of any photo or information submitted to the Contest by you. Photos or information submitted by you to the Contest shall be the property of Anthill Films, and Anthill Films shall have no obligation to preserve, return or otherwise make available to you or others any photos or information so submitted.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's and their partner’s name, biographical information, and/or likeness for the purposes of advertising without further compensation, as permitted by law. Anthill Films and its Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner.

Anthill Films, its Sponsors and their agents are not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions including lost, misappropriated or corrupted entries, virus, worm or Trojan damage or any other damage which may limit a participant's ability to participate in the Contest.

The entrant represents and warrants to Anthill Films and its affiliates that the entry will not contain content that she or he does not have the right to transmit under any law, contract or fiduciary relationship or which contains any viruses or any other information that may damage or otherwise interfere with the host's computer systems, data or that of the hosts users. This Contest and the Official Rules are governed by and to be construed under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
