I don't go to shops much but when I do I would expect that the staff wold have a small amount of knowledge. . . I asked for a 10spd quick link for my chain and they gave me a used one that had a 10spd and 9spd mismatch. Plus when I was there a down and out fellow on a bike came in and they just scoffed at his questions and further confused him instead of helping him out. I knew what he was after but they were just giving him a hard time. Pretty sickening to watch. They get 1 start for being dicks and incompetent.
